A Windows laptop (we can provide)
An interface (i.e. Nexiq USB-link, Vocom, CA3, Cummins Inline adapter, JPRO DLA, or similar interface)
Hook up to the truck or engine ECU (bench connection)
Once Teamviewer has been installed, run the program, provide us with the ID and password, and we will do the rest.
Sometimes depending on engine type, we will need to send special programming tools to you and we take care of it remotely. We examine things Case by Case and if we come to this decision we make it smooth. We feel it’s always better to ship you the tooling rather than the ECM come to us. Especially if the equipment is in a remote location.
